Questions before you send
What information should I have ready the first time I contact the shop?
Four things move a first conversation forward. Year, make and floorplan. What was struck and roughly how hard. Whether the unit still drives and tracks straight. Your claim number, if a carrier is already involved. Photographs from each corner plus two close on the damage turn a guess into a real conversation about category and range. Call (949) 799-3387 or send the set to info@ocrvcenter.com, and a Laguna Niguel owner usually avoids one wasted drive.
Can I get a repair conversation started without driving the coach up first?
Send photographs. Six frames is normally enough: one from each corner, two close on the damage with something in shot for scale. From that we can say what category of repair this is, which trade owns it, and what band it usually falls into. It is not an estimate, because nothing under a panel has been seen. What it does tell you is whether the trip is worth making this week or whether you are still waiting on an adjuster.
